Rightpath assists corporate clients in their staffing requirements by providing contractual or temporary manpower. This means decreased cost of head hunting and saves your valuable time in filling your requirement with suitable manpower utilizing our services. We are frank to say we started with just 2 clients and now have around 50 clients in 10 years of our staffing operation.

We work with our clients in hiring or identifying of temp resources and take on the selected resources first on our payroll for providing services to the client. Alternatively we also take on our payroll, resources pre-identified by clients or existing through some other arrangement. Rightpath takes complete responsibility for all HR Administrative activities, statutory employee benefits and compliances for the outsourced resources. The operational and performance related aspects are monitored by the client and the client retains complete control of the same.

In most human out sourcing this area is done by client themselves as most of the staffing agencies are not having technical heads in identifying the suitable talent .This can be done by Rightpath as we handle Software development using all the technologies such as oracle, oracle apps, java, Microsoft technologies and Testing. Hence identifying and filtering according to the need of the client is done in advance client can conduct only final rounds.

Whatever the shared relationships between Rightpath, the client and associates are well defined and the functional relationship is left between the clients and associates exclusively.


This process happens after the candidate is duly interviewed by client and acceptance given. The candidate is informed about his/her selection and the joining documents that are necessary. A personal one on one meeting is arranged for negotiations if any before releasing the formal offer work location and other conditional.
